Specialist Dosimetry & Laboratory - eBeam Sterilization (m/f/d) (Engineer - Biotechnology)

The main tasks include:

• Participation in the setup and establishment of a dosimetry laboratory for eBeam sterilization according to ISO 11137
• Implementation, validation, and continuous optimization of dosimetry systems
• Support during IQ and OQ of the eBeam plant
• Planning and execution of dose distributions (PQs, Dose Mappings) and special irradiations
• Execution of routine dosimetry
• Evaluation and interpretation of measurement results including statistical analysis
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs, test plans, and validation documentation
• Support with regulatory and quality-relevant topics
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 11137, 13485)
• Participation in deviation analyses, CAPA processes, and change control procedures
• Cooperation in audits as well as communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed technical or scientific studies (Physics, Biology, Medical Technology, Process Engineering, or similar)
• Practical experience in a laboratory environment, ideally related to dosimetry, radiation applications, or analytics
• Basic knowledge and interest in statistics and data analysis (e.g., design of experiments, evaluation, uncertainty consideration)
• Structured and precise way of working as well as a high affinity for documentation and quality systems
• Interest in regulatory issues and standardization work
• High self-motivation and willingness for further training
• Good written and spoken English skills are mandatory
