Technical Sales & Product Specialist – Construction & Environmental Machinery Santor Group | Athens

As part of the development of our commercial department, we are looking for a Technical Sales & Product Specialist.
Job Purpose
The position holder covers the technical aspect of the commercial department, with responsibility for communicating with the manufacturers we represent, drafting quotations, and checking technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and following up on commercial quotations
- Studying public tender documents and checking technical specifications
- Technical communication with manufacturers for product configuration
- Entering and monitoring orders, coordinating transport and deliveries
- Technical support for the sales team
- Gradual takeover of product management per machinery category
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University/Technical Institute) or equivalent technical experience
- 2–5 years in technical sales, tender department, or technical support
- Ability to read and draft technical specifications
- Very good knowledge of English for daily communication with manufacturers
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems
- Methodical approach, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Desirable: Knowledge of public procurement procedures
