Subject of the position Management of spare parts inquiries, from identification and quotation to ordering and delivery, in collaboration with the manufacturers we represent and the service department.

Responsibilities

  • Customer and technician service for spare parts inquiries
  • Identification of spare parts through technical manuals and electronic manufacturer catalogs
  • Preparation and follow-up of spare parts quotations
  • Entry of orders to suppliers and monitoring of deliveries
  • Inventory management: receiving, coding, organization, stocktakes
  • Maintenance of data in the company's computer system
  • Collaboration with the service department to cover the needs of the technical teams

Required qualifications

  • Experience in a spare parts, warehouse, or after-sales department
  • Technical understanding and comfort in reading technical drawings and catalogs
  • Methodical approach, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
  • Good knowledge of English for communication with manufacturers and use of technical manuals

Desirable qualifications

  • Degree in a technical field of engineering or a similar specialty
  • Knowledge of SoftOne or a similar ERP
