Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC), SIEM, cybersecurity solutions, and managed security services
• Able to build, lead, and develop a presales team
• Excellent technical presentation and communication skills
• Experienced in supporting sales activities, client meetings, and technical discussions
• Strong analytical, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and develop the Presales SOC team and capabilities
2. Provide technical consultation and solution presentations to prospective clients
3. Support the sales team during customer visits, meetings, and solution discussions
4. Develop SOC and cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements
5. Prepare technical proposals, scope of work, solution designs, and supporting documentation
6. Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer needs
7. Act as the technical point of contact during the pre-sales process
