Gold Jewelry Manufacturer / Goldsmith

We are looking for an experienced and skilled goldsmith to join our team, who has strong expertise in the manufacturing of high-quality gold jewelry and the ability to handle international customer service and export markets. Additionally, the role includes the skillful manufacturing, setting, and maintenance of diamond rings and other diamond products.

We expect from you:

Expertise in the goldsmithing field: Strong experience and technical skills in working with and manufacturing 21, 23, and 24 karat gold (e.g., bracelets, rings, necklaces, and other precious metal products).

Versatile language skills: The ability to serve customers fluently in Turkish, Kurdish, Arabic, and English.

German skills: Good proficiency in the German language for interacting with customers and partners located in Germany.

International experience: Experience or readiness to handle product manufacturing and customer relations for markets in Germany, the Netherlands, and other European countries.

A customer service mindset, precision, and a responsible work attitude.

Key tasks:

Manufacturing, processing, and finishing of high-quality (21K, 23K, 24K) gold jewelry.

Customer service and order management in multiple languages (Turkish, Kurdish, Arabic, English, and German).

Handling customer orders from Germany, the Netherlands, and other foreign markets and supporting export processes.
