Facilities Management Tehnical controller

Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering , or a related discipline. 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building management, property management, or a related field. Good knowledge of building facilities, maintenance, and basic M&E systems . Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, service providers, and internal teams . Able to work independently and respond to maintenance and breakdown issues when required.
