STUDENT CARE MENTOR (Full time)

We are looking for dedicated and nurturing educators to supervise and engage primary school children (7-12years old) after school hours. You will provide academic guidance, lead enrichment activities, and ensure a safe, positive and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide students in completing daily school homework

Conduct English spelling and Chinese Ting Xie practice

Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre

⁠Build positive relationships with students through guidance and encouragement

Conduct centre programs and themed activities

Assist in planning school holiday programs and excursions

Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all students

Monitor student behavior and emotional well-being Communicating regularly with parents and school administration

Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager

Requirements: Familier with Primary school curriculum

Experience working with primary school-aged children in a student care or teaching environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging students in learning and play

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Knowledge of child development and behaviour management strategies

Patient, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys working with children
