Job responsibilities: Responsibility for the design, standardization, and optimization of global financial processes. Collaboration with finance, business, and IT teams on the implementation of process and system changes, including automation and the use of artificial intelligence tools. Analysis of business requirements, support for transformation projects, creation of process documentation, and user training. Ensuring compliance of financial processes with global standards and supporting continuous improvement of processes and system solutions. Requirements: o University education in the field of finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. o At least 5 years of experience in finance and financial processes in an international environment. o Knowledge of financial processes and SAP ERP system functionalities. o Experience in managing or supporting projects, including planning and implementation of changes. o Knowledge of process management and process modeling is an advantage. o Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage. o Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written. o Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. o Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. o Proactive approach, process orientation, high level of responsibility, and the ability to drive changes in an international environment.
