POS and Distribution Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

Manage POS inventory, demand forecasts, device allocation and deployment planning. Coordinate secure device distribution to agents and merchants. Track device utilisation, faults, repairs, recoveries and replacements. Manage vendors and service providers against agreed SLAs. Maintain accurate asset, inventory and distribution records and support audits.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, inventory management or distribution. POS-device experience is advantageous; payments, banking, fintech or telecoms experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, asset controls, stock reconciliation and vendor management. Strong analytical, planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
