Commercial Operations and Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

Translate commercial strategy into operating plans, targets, forecasts and performance reviews. Oversee agent and merchant operations, field-force execution and POS distribution. Develop and oversee onboarding, product, compliance, sales and refresher training. Standardise processes, SOPs and controls and drive continuous improvement. Supervise functional leads, manage budgets and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 7 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years leading teams or programmes. Experience in payments, telecoms, FMCG distribution or another high-volume network business. Strong commercial planning, performance management, field operations and training skills. Strong process design, project management, data analysis and stakeholder-management skills.
