Full-time _S_ANZA Teaching Agency are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a large, lively 3- form entry infant school in Havering. They are seeking a reception teacher to start ASAP!

The school strives to create an environment where children, staff and parents all work together and feel like part of the community, all working in partnership and striving to do their best, with continuous improvement at the heart of everything they do.

Your tasks

As a reception teacher, you will deliver creative, play-based learning experiences that support children's development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)!

Requirements

• Must have QTS
• Have minimum 2 years teaching experience (ideally in EYFS, but KS1 will be considered)
• Be able to offer high-quality learning opportunities, which scaffolds early steps and challenges children to achieve beyond their expectations.
• Be able to make learning an active, enjoyable process, relevant to the child's needs and abilities, encouraging children to develop a joy in learning and encourage self-motivation.
• Create learning opportunities that promote care, respect and discipline.
• Be a firm believer in developing the whole child's social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.
• Non-judgmental and be able to encourage this mind-set in students.
• Be committed to instilling a strong sense of social justice.
• Value diversity in every way, shape and form, and fully embrace this within teaching and learning.
