Sanza Teaching Agency is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Richmond to recruit a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher for a full-time position.
Your tasks
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality lessons, inspiring pupils and helping children achieve their full potential.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents.
- Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
Requirements
The successful candidate will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Be confident in planning, delivering and assessing lessons.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to raising pupil attainment.
