Service Engineer (Bangna, Rayong, Southern Region branches)

• Perform daily service operations, including pre-delivery inspection, Commissioning, maintenance, on-site inspection, and technical improvement work
• Achieve SANY service KPIs, such as job closure rate, skill compliance rate, response rate, and prepare reports as scheduled
• Drive after-sales business, such as spare parts sales, service revenue (both in-warranty and out-of-warranty), and service contracts
• Train and support local technicians and dealer service teams to meet SANY skill standards
• Be responsible for service image, maintaining customer relationships, and providing feedback for product improvement

Qualifications: Vocational Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or other related fields 1-3 years of experience in heavy machinery or road construction machinery repair Good communication skills and ability to solve immediate problems Able to work 6 days/week and able to work in provincial areas ***Proficient in computer usage Must have a driver's license and be able to drive a car Able to read English manuals
