Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer at SANY, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of production lines, ensuring the correct application and local adaptation of process standards. You will act in alignment with the process departments of the business units to develop and standardize work instructions, as well as support the training of production teams. Responsibilities and assignments

• Plan and implement production lines, ensuring efficiency, quality, and operational safety;
• Adapt and localize production process standards according to the needs of the local operation;
• Act together with the process departments of the business units, ensuring technical and operational alignment;
• Develop and standardize work instructions and operational procedures for production;
• Support the training and qualification of production teams regarding established processes and standards;
• Monitor and analyze process indicators, proposing continuous improvements to increase efficiency and quality;
• Support the implementation of good manufacturing practices and continuous improvement in the operation.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or related areas;
• Experience in planning and implementation of production lines or industrial processes;
• Knowledge in process standardization, development of work instructions, and continuous improvement;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or implementation of production processes;
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and technical areas;
• English or advanced conversation skills will be tested in the interview;
