IT Support Assistant
Ensure the efficient functioning of the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users at all hierarchical levels, ensuring the availability of systems, equipment, and technological services that support the organization's administrative, commercial, industrial, and logistical operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability of IT services and contributing to the operational efficiency of the business and production areas.
Responsibilities and duties• Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving incidents and attending to IT service requests.
• Act as the focal point of service for local and remote employees, ensuring excellence in end-user support.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, notebooks, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist in the administration and troubleshooting of issues related to Windows operating systems and other corporate applications.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access to corporate systems.
• Provide support for local networks, internet, VPN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity resources.
• Monitor, under the guidance of leadership, the activities of external IT, telecommunications, and infrastructure vendors.
• Monitor the performance of IT equipment and services, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support infrastructure projects, system implementation, and technological improvements.
• Support the application of information security policies and corporate compliance.
• Assist in the control of IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related contracts.
• Provide support for in-person and virtual meetings involving local teams, headquarters, and international partners.
• Support the operational routines of the IT area, contributing to the fulfillment of defined procedures. •
Assist in the preparation and updating of technical documentation, operational procedures, asset inventory, and knowledge base.Requirements and qualifications• High School completed, with a technical course or currently pursuing Higher Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related areas.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Languages: Basic English.
• Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems.

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi networking concepts.

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.• Experience or background (including internships) in technical support and user service.
• Experience in medium or large-sized corporate environments.
• Experience with in-person and remote service.
