Vehicle Regulatory Affairs Analyst (Jacareí)

The Vehicle Regulatory Affairs Analyst will be responsible for managing vehicle regulatory registrations with the competent bodies, ensuring information compliance and adherence to current legislation. They will act as an interface between the company and government agencies, ensuring the correct maintenance of the records necessary for the commercialization and licensing of vehicles.

If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!Responsibilities and duties Request the inclusion, update, and maintenance of makes, models, and versions in the Base de Índice Nacional (BIN).Manage and keep vehicle registrations updated in BIN, RENAVAM, and RENAVE.Identify, analyze, and correct registration inconsistencies with the competent bodies.Perform the registration and management of vehicles in the RENAVE system.Act as an interface between the company, DETRAN, and SENATRAN for matters related to vehicle registrations.Provide support for vehicle first-time licensing processes.Support processes related to ATPV-e and property transfers.Ensure process compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Prepare and control documentation related to the regulatory registrations of vehicles.Support internal areas on issues related to the registration and documentary regularization of vehicles.

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education (any field of study).

For this position, knowledge and practical experience in vehicle regulatory processes are considered more relevant than the specific field of graduation.
