WE ARE HIRING – WAITER / WAITRESS

We are looking for a Waitress who has a professional appearance, is communicative, and is able to provide the best service to customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain the menu and provide recommendations to customers.
• Record and ensure customer orders are accurate.
• Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
• Ensure the work area and customer area remain clean and tidy.
• Handle customer needs while they are at the outlet.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling as needed.
• Work together with the team to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Maintain grooming, hospitality, and service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress / F&B Service.
• Must be Fluent in English, especially in communication with customers.
• Must have a clean, fragrant, neat, and professional appearance.
• Friendly, communicative, confident, and has a good attitude.
• Able to work individually or in a team.
• Has a service-oriented attitude and attention to customer needs.
• Residing in Bali.
• Able to join immediately.
