This department functions as the controlling department for statutory accounting, tax, and finance within the Santen Group and contributes to solving various management issues. Specifically, we are looking for applicants who are eager to grow with the company by playing an important role through the following types of duties.

<Scope of Work> Consolidated accounting operations, non-consolidated accounting operations, preparation of statutory disclosure documents, fixed asset operations, cost accounting operations, tax filing-related operations, finance/cash management operations, internal control-related operations, and other general operations related to accounting, tax, and finance, etc.

<Role> Play a central role in accounting and tax duties in accordance with relevant laws and accounting standards. Collaborate with domestic and international stakeholders to address management issues and organize practical operations. Play a central role in discussions and negotiations with audit firms and tax authorities during accounting audits and tax investigations. Autonomously propose solutions under broad guidelines and directions, while providing guidance to junior-level employees.
