Belonging to the Formulation Development Group within the Product Development Division, you will contribute to product development by formulating development plans necessary for the development of new ophthalmic products/Life Cycle Management (LCM) as a Formulation Development Specialist.

• Design of pharmaceuticals based on the latest regulations
• Implementation of risk assessments for formulation design
• Leading formulation development through collaboration and cooperation with internal and external partners, and technology transfer aimed at planned and reliable approval acquisition and stable supply
• Responding to unmet patient needs and challenges in medical settings, formulation improvement capturing patient needs in each region, and planning formulation technology and LCM

【Required】

• 3 or more years of experience engaged in formulation development

【Required Experience/Skills】

• Ability to collaborate with members from other regions and roles in a global environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Intermediate level English communication skills

• Experience engaged in formulation development of liquid formulations (ophthalmic solutions, injectables, etc.)
