Safety Coordinator

We are hiring a Safety Coordinator to implement, monitor, and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management systems for a continuous 24/7 industrial plant construction and upgrading project (3–6 months duration). Conduct continuous safety inspections, hazard identifications, and toolbox meetings across assigned 12-hour shifts. Enforce MOM health and safety regulations, plant safety protocols, and safe work procedures on site. Review, manage, and issue Permit-To-Work (PTW) applications for high-risk operations (e.g., hot work, lifting, chemical handling, and confined space entry). Perform site incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and implement corrective measures. Maintain all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) site records, training logs, and regulatory documentation Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) / Registered Safety Coordinator with MOM. Minimum 2–3 years of site safety experience in industrial construction, infrastructure, or chemical plants in Singapore. Valid certification as a Confined Space Assessor and/or Work-At-Height Assessor is preferred. Able to work on a 12-hour rotational shift schedule (Day/Night shifts and weekends). Strong communication skills with a firm approach to site safety compliance.
