BIM Modeller (Process Piping / Mechanical & Electrical)
We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller specializing in M&E and process piping for a 3 to 6-month. The successful candidate will maintain, update, and federate 3D BIM models, coordinate spatial layouts for specialized piping and equipment, and support 24/7 site installation teams.
- Develop, update, and federate 3D BIM models (Autodesk Revit / Plant 3D) for process piping, water treatment equipment, and M&E services.
- Perform clash detection, spatial coordination, and run clash reports using Navisworks Manage.
- Generate accurate shop drawings, spool drawings, builder's work details, and as-built models for site execution teams.
- Support round-the-clock site activities by participating in a 12-hour rotational shift schedule.
- Coordinate with M&E Site Engineers and trade contractors to update models based on site modifications and redlines.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC).
- Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of local experience in BIM modeling for industrial plants or M&E projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Able to commit to a 12-hour rotational shift schedule (Day/Night) and weekend rotations.
