We are looking for someone who can create an excellent first impression, deliver personalized guest service, and represent the Santanera experience with confidence and professionalism.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- A warm, welcoming, and professional personality.
- Experience using restaurant reservation and booking systems.
- Strong guest relations, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to manage reservations, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Mandarin-speaking skills are a plus.
