Job Description:

LEA Recrutement presents a new job offer: CDI at the final client.

Do you want your code to truly count, in the literal sense of the word? Here, every line you write ends up in an instrument that helps diagnose patients.

Our client designs and manufactures medical analysis automated systems used in hospitals and laboratories worldwide, within an international group with a family spirit. They are recruiting a Senior C#/.NET Developer - medical sector (M/F) to join the R&D team and evolve the software that drives its diagnostic instruments.

What you will actually do: Design, develop, and evolve the application that manages, acquires, and interprets medical analysis results.

  • Work across the entire stack: user interface (WPF), business logic, database, communication with embedded software.
  • Write reliable, readable, testable code - and prove it via automated unit tests.
  • Analyze and correct anomalies on systems where rigor is non-negotiable.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and promote best practices (SOLID, GRASP).
  • Work hand in hand with firmware, testing, biology, electronics, mechanics, and production teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and continuous integration tools.

Why say yes: A concrete impact: your work directly serves medical diagnosis, not an abstract product.

  • A human-sized company, belonging to an international group, with a real team culture. Benefits to be discovered.

If coding for something concrete rather than something virtual speaks to you, we should talk!

Profile Description:

The profile we imagine: At least 10 years of experience in software development.

  • Excellent mastery of C#, .NET, WPF, and good foundations in C. Comfortable with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and a modern tool-based environment (Git, Jira, Jenkins, automated tests).
  • Fluent professional English (international environment). Experience in a regulated, embedded, or cybersecurity environment? That is a real plus.
  • Curious, autonomous, rigorous - and above all, the desire to understand what your code does, not just to deliver it.
