RECEPTIONIST IN TOURISM RESIDENCE (M/F)

Santa Terra is a high-end tourism residence located at 1,550 m altitude, in the heart of the traditional village of Tignes Les Brévières, less than 200 meters from the ski lifts (Tignes/ Val d'Isère area) and other amenities: ESF school, Sherpa mini-market, restaurants.

Our apartments range from T2 to T5 Duplex with a beautiful relaxation area: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and fitness room.

A very dynamic and sporty resort all year round, we are partners with the tourism office (advantage on the seasonal ski pass rate).

Conviviality, well-being, and elegance are our values. Directly reporting to the reception manager, your missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the optimization of our clients' comfort by maintaining a high quality of service and ensuring their loyalty
• Manage arrivals and departures, inform vacationers about services and events
• Facilitate the smooth running of the stay, handle various service requests (concierge service)
• Respond to client requests (telephone, e-mails, and via various booking portals) following the established procedures
• Prepare arrivals.
• Complete formalities upon client arrival and departure (registration, check in, check out, billing, payments, closing of bills) and provide them with all information regarding the conditions of the stay.
• Ensure the optimization of the reservation planning.
• Manage stocks via extranets with the reception manager
• Control billing
• Coordinate with different departments: housekeeping and technical service
• Working in a small team: listening skills and good communication are required

YOUR PROFILE

You are passionate about the hospitality industry. You have solid experience in reception. You have good communication skills and are discreet. Organizational qualities. You are proficient in English, a second foreign language is a plus. You are proficient in office tools. Ability to learn and use the Protel software,

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Seasonal contract from November 23, 2026, until April 24, 2027
• 39h/ week with 2 days off
• Remuneration 2,142.66€ depending on profile
