EAD Core Coordinator
The Associação Santa Marcelina is dedicated to building an Education Network formed by colleges, schools, and social works. Responsibilities and duties
Perform the Strategic and Pedagogical Management of the EAD modality, proposing and executing goals, indicators, and action plans aligned with the PDI (Institutional Development Plan), monitoring and fostering new courses and projects, as well as monitoring results and academic performance, reporting risks and threats to business sustainability to the Board of Directors.
Advise the Academic and General Directorates with technical and operational feasibility studies of EAD courses and the application of Learning Analytics. Prepare monthly management reports to support strategic decision-making in the face of educational market demands.
Coordinate and monitor the activities of the NEAD (Núcleo de Ensino a Distância) team, promoting competency development, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback, in order to ensure operational efficiency and excellence in the student experience.
Prepare and monitor the area's budget, focusing on identifying deviations from established goals, aiming for the sustainability and growth of the institution through the issuance of monthly management reports for the Academic and General Directorates.
Manage contracts and validate payments for faculty and service providers in the area, as well as monitor the curriculum matrix and the programmatic content of EAD courses, acting together with the Institutional Procuracy in regulatory processes with the MEC.
Manage the student experience and the relationship with institutional partners, developing retention, employability, and integration with the labor market actions, aiming to strengthen the academic community, expand practical training opportunities, and favor the professional insertion of students.
Coordinate the development and quality of courses, disciplines, and digital educational resources, promoting pedagogical innovation, continuous improvement of teaching methodologies, and the prospecting of new educational opportunities aligned with institutional and market demands.
Manage the evolution of virtual learning environments, promoting technological innovation in the area through the adoption of emerging strategies such as the use of AI, for the continuous improvement of teaching. Monitor the journey, engagement, and performance of students, acting proactively in support, retention, and combating dropout rates.
Requirements and qualifications
Education: Completed Higher Education + Specialization or MBA in Administration, Educational Management, Management Processes, IT, or related areas. Office Package: Advanced Level. Languages: English (Advanced); Spanish (Intermediate). Knowledge of MEC legislation and regulatory processes, experience with AVAs and educational technologies; team management. Desirable experience in Learning Analytics, in the implementation of AI Applied to Education, and Project Management. Desirable Certifications in Project Management.
