*Summary*

We are seeking Restaurant Managers to join our team at Santa Lucia Pizza at our 4 St Mary's Rd and 55 Sage Creek Blvd locations. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our family tradition of excellence.

*Responsibilities*

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food safety.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
