Export Assistant (Foreign Trade)

Responsible for supporting the export process, ensuring the organization of international orders, documents, samples, registration information, and communication with customers, distributors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other internal areas.

Responsibilities and duties

Main Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Preparation and control of documents necessary for the export process, such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, export licenses, and other documents required by competent authorities;
• Logistics Support: Coordination with carriers and logistics companies to ensure the proper shipment of goods, including monitoring deadlines and shipment status;
• Order Tracking: Control of order status, ensuring that all requirements are met before export and that products are delivered as agreed with the customer;
• Communication with Customers and Suppliers: Maintaining contact with international customers, logistics service providers, and suppliers, clarifying doubts and providing information regarding the status of export processes;
• System Updates: Entering and updating data in the company's internal systems, such as the export management system, to ensure the accuracy of information regarding ongoing processes;
• Report Issuance: Preparation of reports on export status, logistics expenses, shipment schedules, and other key indicators related to the export area.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed higher education in Comércio Exterior, Administração, Relações Internacionais, Logística, Economia, or related fields;
• Intermediate or advanced English, with the ability to write professional emails and understand commercial documents;
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

Differentials:

• Previous experience in export, import, international logistics, customer service, or the commercial area;
• Intermediate Spanish;
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, international transport modes, and export documentation;
• Experience with ERP, especially SAP or equivalent systems;
• Knowledge of the food sector;
• Familiarity with sanitary certificates, certificates of origin, labeling, and international customer requirements.
