We are looking for a Junior Functional Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team, working in user support and systems evolution, with a primary focus on the SAP ERP, specifically the FI/CO modules.
This person will have the opportunity to work closely with business areas, supporting the identification of needs, process documentation, testing, ticket resolution, and system improvements, always in partnership with more experienced professionals.
Responsibilities and duties

- Attend to and resolve level 1 and 2 user tickets related to SAP FI/CO and integrated systems;
- Support the gathering of requirements and functional specification of small improvements and corrections in SAP;
- Perform basic parameterization and configurations in the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, under guidance;
- Prepare, update, and maintain functional and technical documentation of processes and systems;
- Execute functional tests and support the preparation of homologation scenarios;
- Support key users during acceptance testing and solution validation;
- Monitor the application of notes, corrections, and patches previously guided or approved by the senior team;
- Register and track tickets with suppliers, partners, and external consultancies;
- Support the preparation of manuals, training, and guidance materials for users;
- Develop simple queries and reports for business support and data validation;
- Support the mapping and documentation of processes and integrations between third-party systems and the ERP;
- Contribute to the application of Information Security policies and IT governance standards;
- Support other activities related to the area, as guided by leadership and more experienced professionals.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements and qualifications:
- Completed higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, Exact Sciences, or related fields;
- Experience in support activities, systems analysis, or systems consultancy;
- Experience with system user support and ticket resolution;
- Desirable experience or knowledge in SAP FI/CO;
- Availability to work in a 3x per week model in Ribeirão Preto - SP.
Technical knowledge
- Basic knowledge in SAP FI/CO;
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting processes;
- Basic knowledge in SQL / Database, especially for queries;
- Basic knowledge in ITIL;
- Basic knowledge in Information Security;
- Basic knowledge in Budget Management (OPEX and CAPEX);
- Basic knowledge in BI;
- Basic knowledge in agile methodologies/Scrum;
- Microsoft Office at an intermediate level;
- English at a basic level.
Will be considered a differentiator
- Knowledge of COBIT;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- Experience with SAP FI/CO;
- Knowledge of system integrations;
- Experience with agile methodologies.
