JOB DESCRIPTION
Santa Fe Relocation consists of 1,300 people speaking 66 languages and working with 64 offices, distributed across 38 countries. Our French subsidiary has employees spread across 2 sites (Saclay and Bouc Bel Air).
You will ensure the coordination and smooth running of sea, air, and road moving operations, for both import and export, while ensuring compliance with procedures and the proper use of the Santa Fe Relocation Services Group tools.
Coordination of moving operations
- Coordinate the smooth running of sea, air, and road moving requests.
- Ensure the follow-up of import and export operations.
- Ensure the proper coordination of the different stages of operations to ensure their smooth running.
- Ensure the follow-up of requests and facilitate coordination between the various stakeholders involved in the operations.
- Enter and transmit instructions to planning, the warehouse, freight forwarders, agents, the claims department, and the storage department.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfaction in a logic of sustainable service quality.
Administrative management and follow-up of operations
- Ensure the update and follow-up of information relating to operations in the Group's tools.
- Establish logistics and customs files,
- Establish and follow up on insurance files,
- Use IT tools in accordance with current procedures.
- Ensure the reliability and updating of data necessary for the follow-up of operations.
Customer relations and invoicing
- Perform file follow-up with expatriate clients,
- Perform customer invoicing and approval of supplier invoices,
- Control costs, buybacks, and re-invoicing of additional costs,
- Telephone and email contact with expatriates and accounts,
