We are seeking a RECEPTIONIST to join our professional and relaxed work community in Saariselkä for a full-time (112.5h/3wk) fixed-term employment. The work lasts during the winter season from 9.11.2026 to 31.3.2027. Your job description includes general receptionist duties, such as guest check-in and check-out, making reservations, and other customer service. Our reception is open from early morning to late evening – additionally, the work includes night shifts.
You are the type we are looking for if you are passionate about meeting customers and making customers' dreams come true. You use situational awareness fluently and are a self-directed, responsible team player who does not lose their cool even in the middle of a rush. You also maintain a positive attitude in your work and meet people with warmth and care. Previous experience in customer service and receptionist work gives particularly good readiness for the position. Additionally, we hope for experience in the tourism industry and proficiency in Opera Cloud.

Employment lasts for the winter season, beginning on 9 November 2026 and ending on 31 March 2027. Your duties include the general tasks of a receptionist, such as guest checkin and checkout, making reservations, and other customer service tasks. Our reception is open from early morning until late evening, and the role also includes oncall night duties.
You are the type of person we are looking for if you enjoy working with customers and making their dreams come true. You use good judgement and are a self-directed team player who can carry responsibility and stay calm even when things get busy. In your work, you also foster a positive mindset and interact with others in a warm and caring manner. Previous experience in customer service and work as a receptionist provides an excellent foundation for the role. We also value experience in the tourism industry and proficiency in Opera Cloud hotel management system.
We expect you to have:
- Previous work experience in customer service

- A liquor license
- Proficiency in Finnish and English
