Job Summary

We are seeking a Head Production Baker to lead our team of bakers for the Hello Kitty Cafe and more! ! In this role, you will lead a team of bakers providing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we'd like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Ensure recipes are followed and production volumes are met daily

Make sure quality control at every step of the baking process

Develop new and innovative recipes

Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

Prepare custom orders

Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

Supervise pastry assistants and bakers

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Ability to manage people and meet volume quotas and strict deadlines

Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Team player with strong leadership skills

Available for early morning shifts
