Logistics Analyst/ Arequipa - Arequipa

1. Functions:

• Ensure that all acquisitions are carried out under regulatory, internal, and corporate guidelines.
• Execute inventory audits and stock controls.
• Supervise compliance with service agreements with suppliers, controlling deliveries, returns, and agreed conditions.
• Prepare and maintain databases for purchases, inventories, and suppliers.
• Analyze and follow up on logistics KPIs (delivery times, inventory turnover, acquisition costs) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform consumption and purchase projections using statistical tools.
• Evaluate quotes and negotiate conditions with local suppliers.
• Implement sourcing strategies based on real consumption and forecast, reducing unnecessary purchases and overstock.
• Follow up on the compliance of prices agreed upon in corporate negotiations and propose improvements in contracts and agreements.
• Plan the purchase requirements for recurring and non-recurring items for the clinic's internal areas to ensure timely supply.
• Plan purchases according to the supply matrix to guarantee the continuous operability of the clinic.
• Follow up on purchase orders for items necessary for the clinic's operability.
• Request quotes for the purchase of assets, supplies, and non-recurring items to select competitive options suitable for the clinic's needs.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Title in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related careers.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (intermediate - advanced).
• Intermediate English.
• Diploma or update courses in Logistics Management.
• Minimum 2 years in similar positions in logistics, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and optimization of logistics processes.
