1. Functions:

• Consolidate and keep updated the portfolio of efficiency, processes, and financial transformation projects of the clinic.
• Ensure that each project has an initiative sheet, objective, responsible party, schedule, baseline, goal, indicator, and expected benefit.
• Perform periodic monitoring of project progress, identifying deviations, risks, blockages, pending decisions, and escalation needs.
• Coordinate with Financial Planning and Budgetary Control the validation of savings, incremental income, or economic impacts attributed to the initiatives.
• Keep the portfolio control dashboard updated, including status, progress, among others.
• Propose improvements to the portfolio management model, prioritization methodology, benefit tracking, and risk management.
• Gather and map critical clinical-administrative processes with financial impact, using tools such as SIPOC, flowcharts, BPMN, among others.
• Identify bottlenecks, reprocessing, duplicities, idle times, operational errors, delays, risks, and activities that do not add value.
• Design control indicators for critical processes, ensuring clear definition of formula, source, responsible party, update frequency, and goal.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational or financial deviations using process optimization tools.
• Execute operational audits on prioritized processes, verifying compliance with standards, existence of evidence, and closing of gaps.
• Formulate corrective and preventive action plans, monitoring their implementation and sustainability.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Title in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Commercial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related careers.
• Intermediate English (reading).
• Advanced MS Office.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (desirable).
• Use of statistical tools: Power Bi, SQL, SPSS (desirable).
• Use of BIZAGI software for process modeling (desirable).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in the PMO area (desirable).
