PMO Continuous Improvement and Projects Analyst

Sanicenter, a Peruvian company dedicated to the import, commercialization, and distribution of products for construction finishes, is looking for a professional to occupy the position of:

PMO ANALYST

Job Objective

Plan, coordinate, and monitor process improvement projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, scope, quality, and established objectives. Likewise, analyze and optimize organizational processes, promoting continuous improvement and contributing to the operational efficiency and profitability of the organization.

Main functions

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and methodologies in internal processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document processes through procedures, policies, instructions, and flowcharts.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, proposing solutions that optimize time, costs, productivity, and quality.
• Develop and execute the internal audit program, following up on action plans.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects from planning to closure, monitoring schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress.
• Monitor deviations, risks, changes, and project dependencies, proposing corrective actions.
• Manage the improvement project portfolio and prepare progress reports for Management.
• Coordinate meetings with different areas, following up on agreements, responsible parties, and compliance dates.

Requirements

• University Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Process Analyst.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of project management: PMBOK, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Bizagi Modeler and Microsoft Project.
• Intermediate level English.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office/PowerPoint.
