About the position Entertainment: Sound & Light Technician for Live Music & Events Locations: Greece: Kos, Corfu, Crete, Chalkidiki Contract Duration: 7 consecutive months between March and November Duties Setup & Preparation: Preparation of DJ booth and connection of PA speakers with DJ consoles. Setup and testing of audio equipment before events and live performances (microphone/line/sound). Operation & Control: Ensuring that music playlists and volume levels in all hotel areas operate according to specifications. Disassembly & Storage: Collection and storage of live performance/DJ equipment at the end of each event. Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining Music & Event equipment (speakers, consoles, microphones, cables, lights, etc.) in excellent condition. What you need to have You possess work experience as a sound and light technician in live performances and events, ideally in a hotel environment. You have IT knowledge, including projector adjustment, installation of computer systems and music software, as well as knowledge of lighting systems, lighting control devices, lighting equipment, and their maintenance. You possess technical expertise in sound engineering techniques (e.g., sound balancing) and experience in using audio mixing and recording equipment (e.g., mixing consoles).
