Human Resources Manager

1. Oversee the recruitment and selection process for operational level employees (Subcontract companies)
2. Oversee the onboarding process for operational level employees (Subcontract companies)
3. Oversee the probation evaluation and follow-up for operational level employees (Subcontract companies)
4. Coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding manpower requirements and the deployment of employees to align with production plans
5. Oversee transfers, promotions, and resignations of operational level employees (Subcontract companies)
6. Manage Employee Relations and assist in resolving labor issues
7. Coordinate and provide HR advice to employees and management
8. Ensure that human resources tasks comply with company policies and labor laws
9. Define recruitment strategies and Workforce Planning to align with goals
10. Monitor and control time, discipline, and working documents of operational level employees

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field Thai nationality Knowledge of HR processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Probation, Employee Relations, and employee documentation Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of labor laws and well-versed in HR tasks Must be able to communicate well in Chinese or English
