- Handling inquiries about memberships, classes, personal training, and facilities
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk or reception area
- Collecting customer feedback to improve service quality
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong ability to build rapport with members
- Processing membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
- Min. height requirement: 165cm (for Male) and 160cm (for Female)
- Min. weight requirement: 65kg (for Male) and 45kg (for Female)
