Accounting Projects and Processes Manager M/F

We are looking for our future Accounting Projects and Processes Manager, a permanent position (CDI) based in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92). Within the Finance Department and reporting to our Group Accounting and Tax Director, you will contribute to the reliability of financial information and support the Group's evolutions by driving strategic projects with a high impact on accounting and financial processes. As a true technical expert, you will operate at the intersection of accounting, financial, organizational, and compliance challenges, working with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Concretely, your main missions are:

• Drive internal and external audits within the accounting department
• Control accounting accounts and consolidated data and perform cross-functional analyses
• Draft accounting procedures, particularly within the framework of new group projects that may impact existing processes.
• Drive projects related to accounting or more broadly to finance

• Graduate of higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Management, you have a successful experience of at least 8 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally within a group environment
• You have a perfect mastery of accounting mechanisms and standards
• You possess excellent financial analysis and data processing skills
• You master financial tools and ERP, notably SAP.
• You have significant experience in managing cross-functional projects
• You are recognized for your rigor and attention to detail
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You are proficient in English in a professional context; Spanish is an appreciated asset
