Group Social Accounting Manager M/F

We are looking for our future Group Social Accounting Manager for a permanent position (CDI) based in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92).

Within the Finance Department, you will join our Group Accounting and Tax Director and manage the Group's social accounting activity. You will guarantee the reliability of the accounts as well as compliance with closing deadlines. As a true accounting expert, you will support your team and work in close collaboration with the various departments of the company.

Concretely, your main missions are:

• Supervise monthly, semi-annual, and annual accounting closings.
• Guarantee the quality of the accounts and compliance with financial production deadlines.
• Perform the quarterly review of the accounts.
• Prepare the notes to the semi-annual and annual accounts.
• Define, optimize, and ensure the application of accounting procedures.
• Ensure the management of master data within your scope.
• Participate in company evolution projects regarding accounting matters.
• Be the primary contact for the Commissaires aux Comptes regarding social accounting.
• Manage and support a team of 5 employees.

• You hold a higher education degree in accounting (Bac +4/5, DSCG or equivalent).
• You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are proficient in office tools and the ERP SAP.
• You possess strong management and organizational skills.
• Your rigor, analytical skills, and ability to unite teams are recognized.
• You have a professional level of English.
