Main areas of performance: You will be responsible for developing the different product portfolios for competitive customer solutions in coordination with the management and heads of the service centers, as well as the PSSR and sales management, presenting proposals that add value to the customer and guarantee business profitability. · About the position: · Perforadoras Generate a portfolio of perforadoras with different solutions according to customer needs. Provide advisory to internal and external customers as an expert on the subject. Perform strategic customer visits for business development (customers where high subject matter knowledge is required). Support the commercial area on technical issues for the preparation of value proposals under agreements or packages. Coordinate with the Service Centers the demand for repairs, by model, customer, and type of repair. Manage warranty processes both internally and with customers and the implementation of actions. Analysis, study of the competition, and taking actions that allow us to establish a differentiator. Development of market penetration strategy. Follow up on tests with key customers for new generation models. Conduct inventory management with the support area ensuring availability of perforadoras and parts according to FC. · Your profile: Professional degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related. 5 years of experience in workshop processes and commercial experience regarding the portfolio to be developed.
