Responsibilities and attributions
- Accompany technicians in defect assessment and diagnosis, developing the team's skills;
- Analyze KPIs (DF, UF, MTTR, MTBF);
- Analyze failures using reliability methodologies;
- Develop action plans using maintenance tools;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding the activities developed;
- Implement preventive maintenance processes;
- Accompany equipment tests with the technician, in order to release equipment for operational activities, performing checklists.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed Higher Education;
- Technical English;
- Intermediate/advanced Excel;
- Experience in mine equipment maintenance;
- Vast knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and instrumentation;
- Experience with maintenance management systems;
- Experience with failure analysis tools;
- Experience with reviewing systematic maintenance plans;
- Permanent Driver's License (CNH).
Differential
- Experience in underground mine equipment and drilling maintenance;
- Power BI.
