Construction Supervisor

Role and Requirement To direct and oversee daily site activities, sub-contractors, and direct workers to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and according to the required specifications. Carry out routine inspections on the site to ensure construction quality and safety compliance and to identify bottlenecks or quality shortfalls early. Ensure clear communication of daily task briefings and meetings with workers on-site. Implement effectively safety regulations and company safety policies to establish a safe working environment while enforcing safety regulations in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and safety management methods specific to site requirements. Keeping track and recording of equipment usage, making sure on the accuracy of records maintained. Coordinate machinery, and equipment usage on-site to minimize downtime inefficiencies. Maintain precise daily site logs tracking work progress and delays etc. To attend weekly meetings with managers and subcontractors to report on site progress and address site issues. Good team player and also able to work independently.
