IT Project Manager – ERP / CRM

Their activity combines implementation projects, run, ticketing, and upgrade projects, relying on internal teams and external technical partners.

In a context of growth, they are strengthening their management team and are looking for an IT Project Manager from the world of ERP or CRM integration.

Your tasks

Lead ERP and CRM implementation projects for external clients, from functional scoping to production.

• You take operational management of several client accounts and the implementation and evolution projects attached to them.
• You manage the relationship between the client, internal teams, and an external technical partner, while maintaining control over the functional content of the projects.

Role

• Manage budgets, deadlines, and contractual commitments for your accounts.
• Work with the business analyst on scoping client needs: challenge requests, compare them against standard product capabilities, and arbitrate which customizations to retain.
• Manage the external service provider that delivers the technical teams, and coordinate exchanges between the client, partner, and internal teams.
• Monitor run and ticketing, and lead upgrade and version migration projects.
• Identify contractual, budgetary, and operational risks, and present arbitrations to the client.

Requirements

• Experience in managing ERP or CRM implementation projects, or similar management solutions, on the integrator, publisher, or consultant side, for external clients.
• Comfortable with the functional dimension of projects: you understand the solutions you deploy and know how to challenge an analysis or specification rather than just coordinating.
• Fluent English is essential; administrative rigor, diplomacy, and a sense of client relations.
