Lead Developer .NET | Industry Sector

Our partner, an international industrial group, is looking for a Lead Developer .NET / Angular to strengthen its IT team.

Lead Developer .NET | The position:

As a Lead Developer, you will play a central role in the design, development, and evolution of internal applications related to financial and purchasing activities. You will ensure the technical coordination of a team of local and international developers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business needs and designing robust and scalable software architectures.
• Developing frontend applications in Angular and backend in .NET / C#.
• Guaranteeing the quality, performance, and security of applications, notably through code reviews and development best practices.
• Supporting developers in their skill development and coordinating the activities of a team spread across several sites.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and participating in projects according to an Agile methodology, organized in sprints.

Lead Developer .NET | The profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in application development and experience in technical leadership.
• You are proficient in Angular, .NET / .NET Core, and C#.
• You are comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software architecture.
• You are sensitive to code quality, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS is an asset.
• You have a good level of English to collaborate with international teams.
• You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and pragmatism, with good communication skills and a results orientation.
