Junior Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide1st-level IT supportto users, troubleshooting hardware, software and access-related issues.
• Support users in aWindows environment, resolving day-to-day technical incidents.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access throughEntra ID / Azure.
• Investigate incidents, identify recurring issues andescalate more complex problemswhen required.
• Document solutions and contribute to maintaining a clear and efficientsupport process.
• Work closely with the wider IT team while progressively taking ownership of more technical tasks.

Junior Support Engineer - Profile

• You recently completed adegree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• You already have some initial experience inIT Support / Helpdesk, through an internship, student job or first professional experience.
• You have a good understanding ofWindows environmentsand basic troubleshooting.
• You have some knowledge ofMicrosoft Azure / Entra IDor are motivated to develop your skills in these technologies.
• You arecurious, solution-oriented and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and support.
• You are comfortable communicating with users and working in aninternational environment.
• You speak fluently English.
