At the heart of critical and highly customized environments, it supports its clients in run activities, support, and large-scale upgrade projects.

In a context of growth, our client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to take the lead on several strategic accounts and strengthen its management teams.

The Position

Reporting to the head of the department, you will take charge of the operational management of several European institutional accounts.

You will be at the heart of exchanges between clients, internal teams, and an international technical partner, playing a central role in coordination and meeting commitments.

This position offers high autonomy, real client exposure, and a perspective for evolution towards managing a broader program.

Role

• Operationally manage several accounts and projects for European institutions.
• Guarantee compliance with budgets, deadlines, contractual commitments, and service levels.
• Coordinate the tripartite relationship between the client, internal teams, and the external technical partner.
• Manage a Romanian partner on a daily basis, responsible for providing technical resources.
• Coordinate technical teams, the Business Analyst, and various client-side stakeholders.
• Supervise run activities, ticketing, and evolutions of existing platforms.
• Manage upgrade and evolution projects on highly customized IT environments.
• Identify operational, budgetary, or contractual risks and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain a high-level perspective in the client/vendor relationship, challenge requests, and arbitrate priorities.

Profile

With a higher education background in IT, project management, or an equivalent field, you have senior experience in IT project management or complex account management.

• Proven experience in managing demanding clients and politically complex environments.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills.
• Good understanding of IT technical environments, without necessarily being a technical expert.
• Good mastery of budgetary, contractual, and service commitment issues.
• Experience in managing external partners and coordinating tripartite relationships.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and the ability to establish a relationship of trust with various stakeholders.
• True political sense, administrative rigor, and the ability to challenge client requests.
• Ability to maintain a high-level perspective and retain a global vision in complex environments.
• Seniority, autonomy, and fluent English are essential to operate in an international context.
