We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructures. You will actively contribute to ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems and networks, while participating in their modernization and the evolution of our technological environment.

Role

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, your missions will consist of:

• Installing, configuring, and administering IT infrastructures, including servers, systems, and network equipment.
• Ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of IT environments.
• Supervising infrastructures, analyzing alerts, and anticipating potential technical incidents.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical incidents.
• Administering Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Managing network infrastructures: routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and connectivity solutions.
• Administering and maintaining Cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
• Managing virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Implementing and maintaining backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ensuring patch management, updates, and technical evolutions.
• Applying cybersecurity policies and access management rules.
• Automating administration and operations tasks using scripts.
• Identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, capacity, and efficiency.
• Ensuring the update of technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with internal teams, partners, and vendors within the framework of infrastructure projects.

Profile

Education and qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, systems, networks, telecommunications, or an equivalent field.
• You have solid knowledge of IT infrastructures, operating systems, and network technologies.
• You master concepts related to Cloud Computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Experience and technical knowledge

• You have 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering.
• You have practical experience in administering Windows and/or Linux environments.
• You master network concepts and protocols: LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• You have good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, or equivalent).
• You have experience in administering Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalent).
• You are familiar with backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions.
• You have experience with supervision, monitoring, and incident management tools.
• You are familiar with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Bash.
• You possess a good understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

The following certifications are an asset:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
• ITIL Foundation.
