Client Delivery Manager – Implementation & Run

Our client is a Belgian company specializing in the integration of software solutions for its clients: platforms that it deploys, customizes, and maintains directly within their environment, sometimes for years.

Its specialty? A portion of the technical delivery is handled by an external partner, while the commitments made to the client remain fixed-price. Managing this gap is at the heart of the business, not on the sidelines.

Its accounts are backed by long-term framework agreements, which provides rare visibility on projects and allows for the building of true client relationships rather than a succession of missions.

In a context of growth, it is looking for a senior Client Delivery Manager to take over an existing portfolio, with a clear trajectory toward managing a complete program.

Your tasks

Deploying platforms for demanding clients, with a technical partner to manage and fixed-price commitments to uphold.

• You take responsibility for several client accounts: implementations, contractual commitments, budgets, quality of service, and relationships with client-side decision-makers.
• You are the junction point between the client, internal teams, and the technical partner, and you maintain control over the functional content of the deployments.

Role

• Manage implementation and upgrade projects at the client site, from scoping to production.
• Manage budgets, deadlines, and contractual commitments, arbitrating between what was promised to the client and what the partner can deliver.
• Manage the external partner on a daily basis: capacity, quality of deliverables, deadlines, and escalations.
• Work with the business analyst on requirements scoping: challenging requests, confronting them with the platform's capabilities, and deciding on customizations.
• Monitor the run and ticketing, anticipate contractual and budgetary risks, and present difficult arbitrations to the client.

Requirements

• Senior experience on the service provider side — integrator, publisher, or consultant — in the deployment of software solutions for external clients. A career solely internal, on corporate IT projects, does not match the position.
• Comfortable with the functional dimension: you understand the solutions you deploy and know how to challenge an analysis rather than just coordinate. You also master contractual mechanisms, fixed-price and time-and-materials, and you know where the margin is at stake.
• Fluent English is essential; diplomacy, administrative rigor, and the ability to hold a position when facing a demanding client.
