Your tasks

Job responsibilities

• Support the cleaning staff with the transportation of linens, waste and supplies.
• Checking and stocking HSK offices.
• Moving heavy objects and furniture equipment e.g. Baby cot.
• Placing and removing covers from large furniture e.g. sun beds.
• Assistance in cleaning hard-to-reach areas either in common areas or in rooms.
• Hanging-unhanging curtains and accessing high places.
• Washing carpets.
• Cleaning windows.
• Use of heavy cleaning equipment e.g. Sweepers, washing machines, dryers, etc.
• Informing and cooperating with supervisor for any equipment damage or shortages.
• Maintaining equipment and cleaning materials in excellent condition.
• Helping and supporting maids in the turn down process.
• Communicating and meeting customer needs.
• Delivering + receiving customer laundry and anything else the customer requests.

Requirements

Job requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel or professional cleaning area.
• Driving ability and Greek license.
• Safe driving behavior.
• Physical endurance and consistency.
• Teamwork and healthy communication relationships.
• English communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
• Orientation to quality and cleanliness.
