Your tasks

• Management and administration of Apple end devices
• Central setup, inventory, and updating of iOS and macOS devices
• Enforcement of security specifications (e.g., password policies, encryption) and separation of business and private data (BYOD)
• Locking devices, locating them in case of loss, or resetting to factory settings
• Provisioning, updating, and deletion of corporate apps

Requirements

• Completed professional experience as Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/wd) or comparable
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Preferably practical experience with Microsoft Intune
• Sound knowledge in the administration of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, device enrollment, and application distribution
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, especially Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Conditional Access
• Strong skills in error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as good communication skills
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing

The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least € 3155 x 14 on a full-time basis (base salary, without commission). The actual payment depends on the respective qualification, suitability, or professional experience. Depending on training and experience, overpayment is possible.
